'PackEdge', the official newsletter of the Institute published quarterly, is an invaluable source of information for the packaging industry. It is mailed free of cost to members of the Institute, packaging, and related institutions all over the world.

The SIES-SOP/PTC has brought out a book "Reading Materials on Packaging", which is a compendium of the various lectures, and articles on various topics related to packaging. The book is divided into six volumes and covers various topics viz: the basics, materials, ancillary materials, package printing, testing and quality control and packaging of some specific products.
Currently in its 7th Edition, the detailed list of the topics is given below. We are sure that the book would be a good reference material. You may like to buy the same for self and/ or for your company library. The cost of the six volumes is Rs. 3000/-. The postage charges for Mumbai & Navi Mumbai are Rs. 75/- and that for other places in India Rs 200/-.
